During the event, professional photographers and videomakers captured the most important moments.
Thanks to facial recognition technology, the Jubatus platform allows you to quickly find only the photos and videos where you appear.
You can preview them, select your favorites, and download them in high quality after purchase.

After the event, you’ll receive an email with a personalized link that takes you to the platform dedicated to your event.
On your first access, you’ll be asked to complete 3 simple steps:

1. Upload a selfie – your face must be clearly visible and well-lit. You can wear glasses, a helmet, or a mask, but the clearer your face, the better the system works.
   👉 If you attended with a full-face mask, take the selfie while wearing it, otherwise the system won’t recognize you.
2. Enter your email – it will be used to send you notifications and links to your content.
3. Accept the terms and privacy policy.

No need to create an account or choose a password.

• After a few seconds, you’ll see all the photos where you appear, in low quality and with a watermark.
• Personalized videos take about 1 minute to be generated: you’ll receive an email as soon as your video is ready.
• At the top left, you’ll always find the price list with the different purchase options.

You can freely choose how to purchase your memories:

• Individual photos or videos;
• The full package of all your photos;
• The personalized video with your best moments.

The cart is dynamic: as you select or deselect content, the total updates in real time.

When you click on Purchase, you’ll be taken to the checkout screen.

• You can pay with credit/debit card or digital wallets.
• After payment, we’ll ask you to confirm your email (double check) to ensure the content is sent to the correct address.
• You’ll immediately receive a receipt via email; if you need an invoice, you can enter the details during checkout.

• After the purchase, you’ll receive an email with a button that takes you to your personal area.
• There you’ll find your files in high quality and without watermark, available for unlimited downloads from different devices.
• If new photos featuring you are added later and you purchased the full package, they’ll be included automatically at no extra cost.

Each time you return to the platform:

• You upload your selfie again and enter your email.
• In your gallery, the content you’ve already purchased is marked with a green “Purchased” label, so you don’t risk buying it again.
