Monsterland Halloween Festival provides reserved areas at the main stages and dedicated parking for people with disabilities. Book your access from this page before coming to the festival.
How it works
- Fill in the form below, attaching your disability certificate.
- You immediately receive an email with the completed form.
- The organisation verifies your request.
- You receive confirmation, with the document to show at the entrance.
Booking does not guarantee access until it has been confirmed by the Organiser. Spaces in the dedicated areas are limited.
Tickets
The person with a disability buys a full-price ticket, like everyone else. The companion enters free of charge and does not need to buy anything.
Tickets are sent to the phone numbers given in the form: that's why the number of the person with a disability and the companion's number are both required.
Parking and arrival time
Dedicated parking is available for those arriving by car, close to the reserved entrance.

Frequently asked questions
No, the companion enters free of charge.
You also fill in the section for whoever holds parental responsibility. Between 16 and 18 years of age, the minors' release form is also required.

Yes. Strobe lights and other intense light and sound effects are used during the festival.
If you have photosensitive epilepsy, a sensory processing disorder or autism, please take this into account before booking.

Your data
The certificate you attach is health data (a special category of data that the law protects in a specific way): we use it only to verify your request, we never send it by email, and it cannot be reached from any public address. Only the organisers who review requests can see it.
All certificates are deleted on 2 November 2026, right after the festival. Only the personal details of your request remain, which we need to show how many people we welcomed.
