You can already top up your Wallet (digital wallet) directly in the app from the “My Wallet” section: we suggest topping up before the day of the event, so it is ready to use when you arrive.

Pre-top-up bonus: top up in the app by 12:00 noon on Saturday 31 October 2026 and get free Tokens:

• 20 euros = 20 Tokens (No Promo Included)
• 50 euros = 50 Tokens + 5 free Tokens on the Pre-Charge
• 75 euros = 75 Tokens + 7 free Tokens on the Pre-Charge
• 100 euros = 100 Tokens + 10 free Tokens on the Pre-Charge

After 12:00 noon on 31 October you can keep topping up your Wallet in the app, even during the event, but without the bonus.

Important: if you arrive at the event with a Wallet with no balance, it will not be possible to link the wristband to your account straight away. You can still top up your Wallet via the app, or your wristband at the top-up points (CASH DESKS) inside the venue, and then start using the system.

In-app top-ups can be made with Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay or BANCOMAT Pay; at the dedicated points in the event area (CASH DESKS) you can also top up in cash.

The amounts available in the app, as well as the prices on the stand price lists in the event area, are expressed in Tokens: 1 Token equals 1 euro.

The minimum amount for each top-up is 20 euros (20 Tokens). A fee of 1 euro applies on the first top-up.

This minimum threshold helps ensure a better event experience, making top-up operations faster, avoiding system slowdowns and reducing waiting times at the dedicated points.

After the event, any unused amounts can be recovered through the app, under the conditions set out in the “Refund of any remaining balance” section.

On the day of the event, when your ticket is scanned at the entrance, you will receive your personal wristband: to activate it, open the app and link it by holding it close to your smartphone, following the procedure in the “My Wallet” section.

Once linked, the amounts in your Wallet will be automatically transferred to the wristband, which you can use to pay at all stands in the event area, simply by holding it close to the POS readers.

Even without using the app, you can activate and top up your wristband at the dedicated points (CASH DESKS) inside the event area.

If needed, support staff will also be on site to help you activate, top up and use the system.

Please note: the wristband is personal, must be worn at all times inside the event venue and kept safe.

In case of loss, theft or unauthorised use, the organisers cannot guarantee the recovery of any amounts on the wristband.

Please keep it even after the event, until any refund procedure for the remaining balance has been completed.

In the event of any malfunction or temporary interruption of the Cashless Service, alternative payment methods will be activated as far as possible, to ensure operations can continue within the Event.

At all stands in the event area you can only pay with your wristband. Just hold it close to the POS reader to complete the payment quickly and securely, without cash or cards.

You can check your remaining balance at any time in the “My Wallet” section, so you always know how much credit you have left and when you need to top up again.

Also in the “My Wallet” section, by tapping “Receipts”, you can view all transactions made with the wristband linked to your account.

Minors: minors admitted to the event (accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) receive an identification wristband that cannot be used to buy Food & Beverage products: purchases must be made with the accompanying parent’s wristband.

If you still have unspent amounts in your Wallet after the event, you can request a refund easily from the app, in the “Refund” section.

You can submit a refund request by filling in the form under “Refund Request” from 08:00 on Sunday 1 November 2026 until no later than 24:00 on Sunday 8 November 2026.

A refund can be requested for a remaining balance of 2 Tokens (2 euros) or more.

A handling fee of 1 Token (1 euro) applies to the refunded amount. Please keep this in mind when managing the remaining balance in your Wallet.

Please note: you are responsible for the accuracy of the details entered for the refund.

After submitting your refund request through the form in the app, you can track its status in the “Refund List” section.

Refunds will be issued within 21 working days of the closing of requests. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment circuit used.

Didn’t use the app during the event? No problem! You can still request a refund of the unspent amounts loaded on your wristband.

Select “Link wristband” in the “Refund Request” section and enter the unique code printed on your wristband, or scan the QR Code on the wristband to link it faster.

The system will link the wristband to your account and automatically create the related Wallet, showing any remaining balance. You can then proceed with the refund request like all other users.
