MASK OR MAKEUP IS MANDATORY! To attend the event, you must wear a costume, a mask, or at least some makeup.

It is forbidden to bring in:Food and drinks, firearms, knives and tools, firecrackers and explosive materials, glass or cans, animals, drugs and needles, umbrellas, selfie sticks, drones, bicycles and skates, laser pointers, suitcases or backpacks > 21 x 30 cm, stadium horns, spray cans (including perfumes and deodorants), tents, musical instruments, video cameras, semi-professional or professional cameras, helmets, folding chairs.And anything else that the organization or security manager deems dangerous.

People with disabilities should go to the Info Point, which will be clearly marked at the entrance to the event.

Monsterland offers three different types of tickets:

1. Regular Ticket: This ticket gives you access to all festival areas and is the perfect choice for those who want to live the full Monsterland experience.
2. VIP Pass: With the VIP Pass, in addition to access to all festival areas, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits including entry to the VIP Area of the main stages, with reserved bars and restrooms.
3. VIP Pass FULL: With this ticket, in addition to the benefits of the VIP Pass, you’ll also get access to the standing dinner (7:00 PM–11:00 PM) and exclusive perks, such as Monsterland swag and a locker.

Always purchase the ticket type at the lowest price while it’s available.
Tickets are released in different waves with a limited number of tickets. Once a wave is sold out, the system automatically switches to the next release at a higher price.
So, to save money, it’s recommended to buy your ticket at the lowest price available at the time of purchase.

• If you lose your ticket, you can follow these steps to recover it:
  1. Contact the Ticketsms support service — the official reseller of Monsterland — via the support form Ticketsms. They will help you recover your ticket.

  2. Open your purchase confirmation email and look for the option “Recover your ticket.” Log in to TicketSms using the phone number or email address used for the purchase. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the “Transactions” page where you’ll find all tickets purchased under your profile. From there, you can easily recover your ticket.

Yes, it is possible to change the name on the ticket up to 10 days before the event. After this deadline, no further changes will be allowed. Make sure to complete the name change within the required timeframe to avoid any issues.

Please remember that the only official ticket office for Monsterland is Ticketsms. We strongly recommend that you beware of anyone trying to sell you tickets outside of this authorized channel.

On-site ticket purchase is not guaranteed. Once the capacity limit is reached for safety reasons, the ticket offices at the venue will close. If tickets are still available, they will be sold at a higher price than online. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online as early as possible to secure the best price and guarantee your access to the event.

Once you enter the event, you cannot leave and re-enter using the same ticket without paying for entry again. However, inside the festival you will find several areas to satisfy your musical needs, to eat and drink, and many other attractions. We recommend planning your stay inside the festival carefully so you can enjoy the experience to the fullest without needing to exit and re-enter.

If you cannot attend the event, you have the option to activate the resale procedure for your tickets, including a single ticket in case of multiple purchases. You can do this by accessing the dedicated section in your user profile or in the transaction summary. For more information, visit https://www.ticketsms.it/resale. This option is valid up to 10 days before the event.
In addition, you can change the name on the tickets registered under your account free of charge, for events requiring named tickets, or for tickets you purchased, including a single ticket in case of multiple purchases. This change can be made by accessing the dedicated section in your user profile or transaction summary, provided you are the purchaser of the ticket. • By bus For a hassle-free trip, we recommend our reliable shuttle service organized by West Coast Agency! This service takes you to Monsterland from several Italian cities. • By train Imola is an important railway junction on the Adriatic line, served by regional, regional express, and high-speed trains. The event location is only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Special timetables have been added for your return home: Train 1788 from Imola (1:25 p.m.) to Bologna Centrale (1:44 p.m.), Train 6026 from Imola (3:15 p.m.) to Bologna Centrale (3:38 p.m.), Train 17431/6023 from Imola (1:08 a.m.) to Rimini (2:07 a.m.)

• Shuttle bus from Imola train station: shuttle bus service available for a fee (€11.00 round trip) from Imola train station.

Get ready for a stress-free trip to Monsterland!

An exclusive parking area will be available inside the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Racetrack in Imola, only for those who have purchased a ticket through TicketSms. Those who do not have a ticket are not entitled to access the parking area.

• The minimum age to participate in the festival is 18 years old.Minors under the age of 18 may only enter if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  At the entrance, accompanied minors must go to the Info Point to hand in a printed and signed release form, attaching identity documents for both the parent and the minor. The release form can be filled out here and will be sent directly to your email address so that it can be printed and handed in at the festival entrance.

  A legal guardian cannot be designated by means of a self-declaration or temporary declaration.

  Parents or guardians must have a valid ticket and remain with the minor for the entire duration of the festival.

  The minor will be given an identification bracelet, which cannot be used to order food and beverages; purchases must be made using the accompanying parent’s bracelet.

   

It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from home into the festival. Please check the full regulations on our website for further details. Inside the festival you will find a wide Food & Beverage area with a variety of culinary options to satisfy all tastes, including choices for vegetarians and vegans.

The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. The tents provided have limited capacity for safety reasons. Once capacity is reached, please wait your turn for entry. Staff will be present to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

We offer secure lockers where you can store your valuables in a controlled and supervised environment. More info coming soon.

If one or more scheduled performances are canceled for reasons independent of the festival organization, and this does not result in the cancellation of the entire event, we will not be able to provide any refund, partial or total, of the ticket price. Such situations may occur beyond the organization’s control and are not our responsibility.

Yes, you can take photos and videos with your smartphone. However, the use of professional photography equipment is subject to restrictions.
