Minor release form

Fill in the Monsterland minor release form: you will receive the PDF by email — print it, sign it and hand it in at the entrance.

For a minor to enter the Monsterland Halloween Festival, filling in this release form is mandatory.

Who can enter: only minors who have turned 16 are admitted, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must stay with the minor for the whole time at the festival. Anyone who has not yet turned 16 will not be admitted.

Ticket: both the accompanying adult and the minor must hold a valid ticket.

How it works:

  1. Fill in the form with the parent's or legal guardian's details and the minor's details.
  2. You will receive the release form as a PDF by email within a few minutes.
  3. Print the form and sign it together with the minor.
  4. Go to the Info Point with the signed form and the identity documents before entering.

NB: You must arrive with the signed release form and the identity documents listed in the form, as originals and as colour A4 photocopies.
Both the accompanying adult and the minor must hold a valid ticket.
Failure to present this documentation will result in refusal of entry, with no refund.

Frequently asked questions about the release form

From 16 years of age, provided they have turned 16. Anyone who has not yet turned 16 will not be admitted, under any circumstances. From 18 years of age, the release form is not needed: a ticket is enough.

Yes. Both the minor and the accompanying adult must hold a valid ticket. No free entry is provided for minors.

The printed and signed release form; the identity documents of the parent or guardian and of the minor, as originals; a copy of the same documents on A4 paper, in colour; both tickets. Go to the Info Point before the turnstiles.

Check your Spam folder and junk mail: the email usually arrives within a few minutes. If you still can't find it, fill in the form again making sure you typed your address correctly, or contact us from the contacts page.

The minor is given an identification wristband that cannot be used to order Food & Beverage products. Purchases must be made using the accompanying parent's wristband, who is responsible for its use. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is in any case forbidden for minors.
